Job Title1: Project Manager (Vendor Position)
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:

Plan & Implement MSTC (Microsoft Technology Center) development activities, like classroom training, live-meeting (remote) training and etc.

Communicate internally and externally to make sure get resources well coordinated and leveraged.

Understand MSTC business, prioritize requirements from lead and local teams, and identify improvement opportunities.

Ensure project deliverables and documentation completed within required timeline and planned resource.

Track enablement results to find fine-tuning areas for each MSTC.

Help MSTC to join and maintain GCP certificate.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated high proficiency of project/program management experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Competent in planning, organizing and coordinating.

3+ working experience in international company, training background preferred.

Bachelor's degree or above in business or computer.
Job Title2: IT Systems Engineer (Vendor Employee)
Department: Regional IT
Location: Outsourced Facility vendor site, Beijing, China
This is a vendor site position reporting to IT security Manager. This person will be responsible for site operation and all infrastructure related project implementation in China. He/She will act as an extension of the corporate IT group for escalation purposes and when local knowledge or in time zone support is required, ensuring operational excellence at the site.
Primary Job Functions:
Provides escalation support to helpdesks and may provide support to end users directly as requested.
Provides 7X24 on call support for infrastructure related issues.
Follows Microsoft IT standards and procedures and ensures predefined support metrics including configuration compliance %, SLA, client satisfaction can be met.
Compliance with Microsoft security policies and procedures on all outsourced facility vendors and contracted business groups
Owns and manages all the IT equipments and facilities including routers, switches, servers, telecommunication devices, PBX, security system
Escalates issues to corporate tier-2/3 support team as necessary.
Works closely with the business, regional PM, corporate functional teams and IT vendors to implement all infrastructure related projects at the site.
Performs Employee Productivity Education training to educate end users on IT services and applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in Microsoft IT systems.
Good command of Windows 2000/2003 based configuration and administration.
Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP, VPN and DNS
Experience with Experience with Cisco firewall and routers
Prefer CCNA and Microsoft related certification in recent years.
Knowledge of web and database development skills would be an advantage
Creative thinking and self-driven, quick learning skills definite assets
Fluent English required.
