Android studio 安装配置完，启动模拟器时出现下面报错，该如何解决，请大家指教

运行程序没有报错，但是一启动模拟器就会出现这个信息

我的之前也是这样，终于运行出来了，也不知道是哪一步的作用。
1、file->build,execution,deploment->instant run    把Enable Instant Run to...前面的对勾去掉  下面的Show Instant Run status notifications前面也没对勾。
2、运行的时候选模拟器  选Available Virtual Devices里面的模拟器，可以打开之后再运行Connected Devices里面的模拟器     我第一次点这个的时候出来了错误Session 'app': Install failed.  Installation failed  Rerun ，虽然我也不知道是什么原理，打开Available Virtual Devices选的模拟器打开之后没有关，然后再运行上面那个模拟器就说下载成功了，然后就出来Hello World！    你试一下吧  我也不知道是什么原理

请问解决了吗
