各位大神好！
我是刚踏进网络技术半个脚的学生。原先没有学过一点网页技术，这学期有一门课的期末是要求做网站的。
有一项要求是是有map data的功能。作为没有基础还去上英文课的人，不理解这是一项什么功能，也不懂什么是historical census 和local history data。
老师原话如下：
which may include documents, images and/or sound, historical census or map data or local history data.
