Requirements for QA engineers:
  * Experience in web-based unit testing and automation testing using open source or commercial test tools such as Mercury, Watir, testlink, or equivalent.
  * Experience with creating and developing test plan, test specifications based on software requirements and use cases.
  * Familiarity with languages like PHP, HTML, Javascript and databases like MySQL, Oracle, and MSSQL.
  * Experience in setting up and trouble-shooting Apache and IIS on Windows and Linux systems.
  * Excellent communication skills (in English and Chinese).
  * Motivated and assertive in learning and taking ownership of projects.
  * Must be able to excel in a fast-paced collaborative environment, react quickly and well to change, and meet aggressive deadlines.
  * Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.

Requirements for developers:
  * Excellent programming skills implementing dynamic web pages using PHP (or equivalent languages), HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
  * Proficiency / experience in databases like MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL.
  * Experience with any LAMP / WAMP based products is preferred.
  * Work experience with version control system, such as CVS or SVN
  * Excellent communication skills (in English and Chinese).
