[求助]JSP的JSTL问题?

上面的文件名为request.jsp,在webapps目录下的RequestHeaders文件夹里,RequestHeaders目录中还有WEB-INF目录,WEB-INF目录中还有lib目录,我将JSTL1.1中的二个JAR文件放入了lib目录中,但结果有误.错误代码如下:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: The absolute uri: http://java.sun.com/jstl/core cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application
我的TOMCAT为5.5,能否在你的机器上运行一下看能否运行,谢谢
