出错原因如下：

经过一天的学习，终于把排版问题解决了，看看我的程序是不是很美观啊，嘿嘿

char password = "119";  //改为char *password="119";
 

同学，strcmp这个函数的参数要传入指针类型的参量，也就是地址。所以要把char password='119',改成char *password='119'.同意楼上的说法，我已经上机试了，运行没问题。

不知道你是不是要实现三次密码输入错误就提示“who are you”
很明显你这个不能实现，连续输入四处密码错误才会跳出while循环，此时time==4.
你用if语句判断，那前两次错误，最后一次正确的话，也会输出"who are you"

还有一处要改
 while ( time <=3 ){
改为：
 while ( time <3 ){ //去掉=
