这段代码能实现功能，但是IE左下角老是显示出错误，说语法错误，在火狐添加TXT的时候就说文件不存在，用不了 ？？急

你这是上传二进制的东西，不是文本！建议改为type="text"

如果你一定要用type="file",那就用set aso=server.CreateObject("adodb.stream")来处理，自己摆渡找资料吧！
