应聘者应具备以下的基本素质:

1.计算机相关专业,专科以上学历；
2.懂得PHP 、html、CSS、JavaScript、PHP Ajax、Drupal开发语言, 会使用Eclipse Zend Studio等开发工具；
3.有比较扎实的数据库基础知识(Oracle、MySQL、SQL Server等其它数据库)；
4.要有比较流畅的英语书写和口语表达能力(作为公司日常交流语言)；
5.性格开朗,大方,肯吃苦耐劳, 具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力、问题解决能力与团队协作能力；
6.有PHP 项目开发经验者优先。
注：这次招聘设2个月试用期,期满后如符合公司要求的将转为正式员工。
