用VB编写，题目是这样的
VB编程实现同介矩阵A，B

要求矩阵的介数N是随机数，矩阵元素也是随机产生的，范围在30-70之间，输出矩阵C 要求：奇数行是A，B矩阵对应元素和，偶数行是A，B矩阵对应元素积。

就是三个动态二维数组嘛
a(),b(),c()
求得阶数后再redim
再赋值....再求和到c数组
