实例化?

我用代码 运行了下  才 明白  这是 根据传入的参数 来实例化这个类  以便后面的seep调用

通过虚拟机指定的第一个参数 指定一个ToolSpeed接口的实现类(args[0]应为Car007 或者Plane )，并初始话一个实例， 然后调用这个接口的speed方法
