对啊，是同学的程序看不懂，唉！

只晓得几个，我把知道的跟你说说吧：
memo1.Lines.Add(trim(tempstr)):这应该是把tempstr字符串去空格后加到memo1.lines中去；
StringGrid1.Cells[3,myrow]表格的是在myrow行中第3列的一个单元，myrow应该是程序里自己调用的。
Missing operator or semicolon：缺少操作符或是分号

decodedate这个意思应该是把一个TDateTime类型的变量拆分如下面的例子可以分别求出当前年,月,日的值.

day,month,year:word;
begin
