The Director of Graphics directs a team of staff members responsible for design, implementation, testing, validation and maintenance of graphics rendering components and subsystems in a complex software platform. The director is responsible for the design and development of state of the art graphics subsystems that are robust, fast and high quality. Responsibilities include motivating and monitoring a team of developers responsible for all aspects of graphics including performance and robustness and managing communications with other teams in China and in North America. Must be results oriented and work with tight schedules in a dynamic environment.
