Job Description: SW AE (Cellphone)（Application Engineer）

Description:
You will be developingand validating software solutions for growing Cellphone (2G, 3G, LTE), WLAN, MIMO,BT, FM, GPS, NFC and WiMAX market. You will have the opportunity to developtest programs as R&D and production target for various chipset companies,ODM's and OEM's on a worldwide basis. You will work as manufacture automatictest software developer and field application support engineer. We focus on RFtesting.

Responsibility:
--Design, develop and validate RF turnkey manufacture testing software for Cellphone,WLAN, Wimax, Bluetooth, and other wireless technologies;
--You will need to verify the RF chip and product,check functionality andperformance, analyze results, and develop measurement algorithm;
--Work closelywith chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's to provide software test solutions andfield support;

Qualifications:

Wireless TestingDevelopment Engineer (C#)

 

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate comes with excellent knowledge and interestof test software development for wireless and RF technologies, a strongbackground in system test and test software development.
- Position reports into Product Engineering Manager at Lxx, Shanghai andwill be involved with;
- Providing technical test, diagnostic, and debug solutions required foreffective product launch, build, and sustaining processes.
- Develops module/system level test and manufacturing hardware and softwaresolutions.
- Developing effective test strategies and test plans for functional andparametric verification and diagnostics.
- Drive test software improvements during the product design cycle.
- Work with development engineering and production floor personnel to resolvetest and production issues.
- This position requires sound engineering analytics in resolving system,module, and component level issues independently,
- Develops effective feedback mechanism within LitePoint community to ensureproactive improvements.
- Participate and lead few overseas (USA) projects if required.
 

 

Requirement:

Job Description – System Test Engineer

Key Job Responsibilities:
•    Perform system test role on integrated hardware and software test solutions for wireless communication products.
•    Perform System Level QA role on integrated systems prior to releasing software components to customers.
•    Define and document detailed test plans and procedures.
•    Write clear and concise test reports summarizing overall system performance and identifying potential issues.
•    Work closely with FAEs to reproduce system level issues reported by customers and perform initial system-level troubleshooting.
•    Work closely with software developers to define and carry out in-depth software unit testing.
•    Maintain a system QA data archiving process that clearly links test results to system/software releases, accessible to others and for retrieval later if necessary.
•    Ability to flourish in a highly motivated team environment.

Qualifications:
•    BSEE required, MSEE a plus
•    2+ years test and measurement experience in the wireless telecom industry;
•    Experience using automated RF test systems.
•    Experiencewriting automated test programs or scripts using C, C++,VB, Python and Perl.
•    Skilled at developing detailed test plans and test procedures and carrying them out.
•    Ability to write detailed test reports that summarize the results and identify potential issues.  
•    Excellent system level troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills.
•    Hands-on experience making RF/system level measurements per governing specifications and standards.
•    Experience working with system and/or software bug tracking tools like Jira.
•    Well organized and structured way of working.

Requirements:
•    BSEE/BSCS or higher
•    2+ years systems engineering experience in the wireless and telecom industry
•    1+ years RF/PHY (Layer 1) test solution development experience in C/C++.  
•    Hands-on C/C++ programming experience
•    Working experience in ATE or manufacturing test is a plus
