1. 3+ years of Windows development experience and 2+ years as a development lead managing a team through at least one complete product cycle.
2. Demonstrated experience designing high performance systems & must have the ability to recognize potential issues & inefficiencies in systems, algorithms, & code. Experience with C#, XML,SQL Server, and Web Services is preferred.
3. Other requirements include strong technical aptitude & problem solving abilities
4. Demonstrated technical leadership, excellent debugging techniques, solid judgment under pressure, and good verbal & written communication skills.
5. Solid review history (including people management) is required of internal candidates.
6. BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience is required.
7. The lead must be excellent in Speaking/Reading/Writing English
