编写子函数，实现将一个二维字符数组中的每一个字符串的字符按升序重新排列。要求能初始化输入字符串数组并输出。主函数只能调用一次子函数

如果直接 输入0的话，不能按照你程序编写的运行，可以稍微修改一下就可以了
