Our client is an American multinational technology corporation, focused in the business areas of human and environmental health, including environmental analysis, food and consumer product safety, medical imaging, drug discovery, diagnostics, biotechnology, industrial applications, and life science research. Our client produces analytical instruments, genetic testing and diagnostic tools, medical imaging components, software, instruments, and consumables for multiple end markets.

Position Responsibilities:
-    To work within a project team to deliver software interfaces to our instruments that meet the end users needs for ease-of-use, accuracy of data
        and reliability
-    Will be able to translate user requirements into technical specifications, deliver software that meets those specifications and work closely with
        the rest of the team to ensure that code is rugged, meets the requirements, and integrates with the rest of the product.
-    You will be expected to provide task level project plans on projects, work well both on your own and in a team environment, and be able to
        investigate and fix bugs in shipping products as required.
-    You will also take part in planning reviews, technical reviews, and bug reviews, providing your technical expertise to help ensure the smooth
        running of the project.

Experience Required:
-    A background in science/engineering
-    At least 5 years commercial software experience on a Windows platform
-    Has good C# .NET skills with experience
-    Preferably good C++ with COM/MFC/ATL/STL skills
-    Understands and can read UML notation
-    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Computer literate
-    Able to engage and work closely with members of a cross-functional team
-    Self-motivated, showing initiative, attention to detail, and bias for action
-    1.5-year plus experience in C++ or C# programming, 2-year plus experience as a technical leader will be a must;
-    2.Rich experience in both .Net application development and common .Net technologies, frameworks and tools;
-    3.Solid knowledge of and experience in TCP/IP communication, database,object oriented technology, design patterns,UML, testing and refactoring;
-    4.Familiar with regular software development process and hands-on expericnce in CMMI;
-    5.Proactive,strong sense of accountability,good leadership and communication skills ;
-    6.Good oral and written communication skills,both in Chinese & English.

Education Required:
-    Masters or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Engineering. SAP ABAP Certification preferred.
-    5 years work experience in a similar environment, 10+ years preferred.
