Job description and responsibilities:
1、Provide technical expertise in the design, development and delivery of business solutions;  
2、Conduct comprehensive analysis and design of user requirements;  
3、Work closely with team members and end users for business solutions;  
4、Participate in the development, testing and deployment of software applications;  
5、Write systems and program documentation; and Provide on-going support and maintenance of existing applications.  
  
   
Requirements:
1、BA or BSc in Computer Science or related field;  
2、Over three years' development experience on commercial products for senior staff; and one to three years for staff level;  
3、Deep understanding of the software methodologies, processes and tools;  
4、Previous experience in Visual Studio 2005, Web Parts, AJAX, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, Report Service etc.;  
5、Knowledge of MS Share point server and/or Rich Internet Applications development such as Adobe Flex would definitely be an advantage;
