●C++ Software Engineer
•    Real-time system and application software design, development and testing for financial market projects
•    Perform project management in various aspects of new software releases to production system

Qualifications
•    University degree holder in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
•    Minimal 2 years working experience in IT field mainly in software design, development and testing
•    Computing related experience: C/C++, Pascal, Unix/VMS OS, Window OS, XML, MS SQL, Oracle,.
•    Professional experience / knowledge will be an advantage: Project Management, Data Network communication, Financial Market Industry, CCNA

●Java Software Engineer

•    Participating in project planning sessions with team members to analyse requirements.
•    Working with project teams to define and design scope for each project.
•    Providing design recommendations, developing and integrating programs per written specifications.
•    Translating business and technical requirements into detailed design specifications for application code and modules.
•    Preparing and presenting status updates for various projects.
•    Making moderate to complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and industry standards.
•    Developing software application modules using disciplined software development processes.
•    Unit testing and implementing application modules from multiple systems the team has developed or modified, ensuring application meets needs of client and business.
•    Provides assistance in researching new and emerging technologies. Evaluating new tools, technologies and platforms to be included.
•    Providing specialist guidance and advice in particular technical areas, to influence direction or service quality.
•    Identifies ways to improve the operation of own area and to achieve efficiencies and results.

Qualifications
•    Related degrees: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
•    5+ years working experience in software development projects
•    Excellent understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented design
•    Completing objectives of assignments within the agreed timeframe and to agreed quality levels
•    Demonstrated experience in all phases from design to release of production quality systems
•    Strong analytic thinking skills
•    Required languages: 4+ years programming using Java
•    Experience of version control systems; Subversion preferred
•    Interest in the financial markets
•    Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
•    Effective technical communication skills
•    Passion for learning and strong learning skills
