Job Skillset:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Computer Engineering preferred.
3yrs+ project experience of software development.
Strong skills on Database, JAVA and J2EE development.
Strong skills on Spring, Struts and Hibernate.
Strong background on Websphere Application Server including administration/deployment/development/testing.
Familiar with SQL Server.
Good skills on Web Services, XML and Design pattern.
