Job Responsibilities:
-Contributes to lead the development, delivery and maintenance of the application.
-Be able to plan and schedule development work, and conduct code review.
-Be able to manage a small team of developers and guide them through the (agile) development process.
-Works closely with the QA team to attain high level of quality standard in software development.

Qualifications:
--Bachelor Degree holder in computer science or related disciplines.
-- Familiarity or experience with Agile Methodology.
-- Good communication skills in English.
--Have over 3 years of experience in the use of the .Net platform utilizing C#, or WinForm/WPF.
-- Experience in C# 3.5 experience.
-- Object-Oriented analysis, design and development with 3 year(s) experience. Must show a good understanding of OO concept and have practical experience in applying these concepts on multiple projects.
-- Microsoft Reporting Services experience on any version, 2008 preferred.
(If none, then experience with other similar reporting tools such as Crystal, Business Objects, Active reports)
-- Data access programming in C#
-- Experience with (Data Tables, Data Sets)
-- Strong Knowledge of other data access technology (ORM mappers such as NHibernate, Microsoft Entity Framework)
--Experience with ERP or SCM development platform a strong plus
-- An interest and enthusiasm for graphical data presentation (charts, graphs etc)
