Position——Siebel Business Analyst
Location: Beijing or Shanghai
[bo]Job Description: [/bo]
· Provide business analysis for the full software lifecycle that include requirement analysis, design, development, integration, and testing
· Work with the customer to identify and discuss system functionality
· Provide expertise in specifying and assisting development of Siebel functionality
· Develop and review deliverables including requirement, design and test documents
· Obtain sign-off from the customer on all deliverables
· Develops and ensures that milestones set forth in the project plan are achievable and met. Report on all aspects of the project status
· Work with Technical to define application scope and objectives.
· Works with the Technical to identify, manage, and escalate changes to project scope
· Collaborate with customer and team staff to resolve functional problems
· Provide periodic status reports
· Understands and follows project and system technical standards and policies

[bo]Job Requirement: [/bo]
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
· Total of 5+ years of Siebel experience with at least 3 years experience in Business Analysis for a new implementation project;
· 3+ years in identification of software functional requirements and design features;
· Requires experience in working in a Siebel 7 or 8 Applications environment as a Business Analyst;
· Ability to effectively facilitate collaborative sessions with customers;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint is required;
· Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle processes;
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· Strong customer service focus;
· Strong client engagement skills.
· Financial service industry experience is plus.
