1) Good experience with .NET: ASP.NET, C#, and SQL.
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 2005 experience (Experience in SQL Stored Procedures)
Experience in ASP and VB a plus.

2) experience with Online Catalog / Online Order System will be a big plus, while you would design for a B2B website.

3) Able to design and draw User Interface, etc.


Programmers with those experience 3
1)WSS 3.0, WWF, C#, ASP.NET 2.0, Web Parts, and SQL Server 2000 and 2005
2) Project based, which will usually entail building a Web Part, SFA Module in the form of a Share Point Feature, or a Workflow Activity which will be executed within WSS.
