Responsibility:
- Requirements definition and consolidation of customer driven functionality.
- Implementation of agreed customer requested extensions in SAP Solution Manager.
- Content development and rollout of service portfolio enhancements based on the Solution Manager Service delivery platform.
- Maintenance and development support for the implemented service and support related content.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor degree in computer science or comparable education
- 2-3 years ABAP developer experience
- Interest in customer support oriented work
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy working in an international team
- Enjoy working with customers, sometimes also onsite.
- Project management skills would be helpful
