Position: Database Research Scientist (multiple openings)
The Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct research related to real-time main memory databases with high performance requirements
• Specification, design and implementation of database prototype system based on application scenarios
The Requirements
Education
• Ph.D. or Master degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunication, or related fields.
Knowledge/Experience/Languages
• Outstanding academic records
• Direct R&D work experience in database, networking, or operating system.
• Basic knowledge of software project definition, specification, control, assembling, test, and finalization
• Familiar with Linux/Unix or other real-time operating system.
• Experienced programming ability in C/C++
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Leadership experience is plus
