I always get an error info, that my blog is not exist. why???

The is a new blog created around 2-3 month before, if you havn't register for it yet, you don't have it. You need to register, and copy the old one over, the address of the old blog is on top of new blog's main page.

1. I think there is a button called "apply" on "activate" something. Should be easy to find.
2. Maybe to hard for free website like bc-cn, a lot of work.
