用户类型定义未定义，估计是用到的那个对象，库中没有，需要在工程中引入一下。project－》Reference

看看你的窗体名字有没写错~~~~~~~~~~~~

frmaddnew.Show 1 中 "1" 是显示窗体的模式
1 为窗体模式 而你没有定义把
去掉 1
