[分享]jsp文件下载
在用JSP下载某些文件时，可能会碰到文件直接用IE打开了的情况。下面的方法可以解决这问题：downloadTest.jsp:

x=0时代表你用指定的程序打开文件
x=1时代表你要下载文件
x=其他值时代表你按IE的默认方式处理
