职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Define the quality assurance plan for the project.Perform the processes and products audit for the project.
Create and maintain the Organizational Standard Set's of Processes.Institutionalize the Organizational Standard Set's of Processes.
Coordinate and perform internal and external audits of organizationProvide leadership & support to multiple projects to ensure continuous process improvement.
Collect and disseminate literature and information on industry best practicesIncrease customer satisfaction by providing quality
consulting service to the various project teams.
Create and maintain the metrics database.Track software defects and issues and mentor projects to perform cause Analysis,
Risk Analysis or SPC analysis as requiredConduct the quality-related training and briefings.

Qualifications:
Leadership
High level of initiative.
Strong teamwork skills.
Drive for continuous improvement.
Ability to think critically with a detailed orientation
Ability to develop information and make conclusions from data analysis
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering.
At least 1-3 years work experience on software engineering.
At least 3-5 years of EPG, SQA or PPQA experiences, experienced in performing &
leading software process improvementSolid experiences in quality systems, such as CMMI, ISO9000, Six Sigma etc.
Good Skill in training
Good skills in communications and documentation.
Excellent English written and verbal skills.
