我只想输入指定的长度的，这个程序好像没法控制

会不断的向文件中写东东。

往裏寫入你用feof()判斷幹什麽？

4、既然判断要不要继续写东西到文件中。。。不应该已EOF（文件末尾）为标志。因为out这个文件根本不存在。你让程序上哪弄eof终止字符？？  所以你判断的条件应该为：
写入文件的次数。。。或者当按下某个键的时候停止写入。。。

不要以EOF为标志~！！
