求助！ delphi xe5 无法编译问题
操作系统：windows7-64bit sp1安装delphi xe5，但任何程序均无法编译，报如下错误：

有哪个高手、大神知道如何处理，安装.net framework 2.0 4.0 均不起作用，小弟为初学delphi，请各位高手指教。
