Val(Text2.Text) = "0"
=> 加了Val后值为数字，后面的值不需要加界定符 Val(Text2.Text) = 0

1、你都已经除了，还判断什么，那直接出错了。
2、你判断命令：
If Val(Text2.Text) = "0" Then
左边使用 VAL 函数，把值转化为 数值，右边，写的是字符串 “0” 。这二个无论什么时候都不会相等的，所以不会有提示除数为0
