很难理解吗？
goal = wait + clock(); 用clock取当前时间，加上个wait是需要sleep的时间。
while( goal > clock() ) ;  循环语句，每次循环都用clock取当前时间，等到clock取到的时间和goal一样就结束循环。

调用sleep，wait=1000，clock取当前时间，while里面一直循环，直到goal的时间超过wait+最初clock的时间，sleep完成，总的来说就是睡眠1s。
