为什么不能弹出窗口？

弹出命令OpenWindows是绝对没有错误的，我一加上sql语句限制就不弹出了，可是库里确实有符合条件的记录呀！
到底哪里写错了。功能为如果用户接到新消息则自动弹出接收信息窗口。receive是接收用户，readflag为是否读过该信息标志！
