百度搜一下呗，这是重定向，标准输入流stdin重定向到in.txt，标准输出流stdout重定向到out.txt，于是scanf从in.txt获取数据，printf把数据打印到out.txt

你是不是在TC2.0编译器上运行的

while(scanf("%d %d",&a,&b)!=EOF)这句是不是有问题啊
