理论上输出值应该是11，但我弄出来是13，不知错在哪里，求助

你这好乱啊、、。好多错。都编译不出来

别的不说 头文件为啥没有。。。 或许在TC上面没头文件能编译 但你不可能用一辈子TC的。。

    int weight0 = 1;
    int weight1 = weight0 * 2;

        decimal = decimal + bits[count]*weight;
        weight = weight * 2;

再有一个问题是 你这前后的变量不一样啊 肯定编译不过。。

int weight0 = 1;
    int weight1 = weight0 * 2;
为什么要绕圈子呢？

改后的程序：

理论值是13吧，人工计算与计算机VC相同

什么额  根本就报错的妈   你是怎么算出来的

int decimal = 0，新手问个问题，常量能一边声明一边赋值吗
