问题在这里：
while(choice<1 || choice>9 || board[row][column]>'9');
如果我输入1，while 返回值应该是false,应该继续while下面的语句，而实际的结果是还要继续do的循环，为什么？

首先你在while()之前把choice的值printf()出来看看到底是多少，其次你怎么知道进入了循环？while()后面的分号你给解释一下这循环是干嘛的。

提示玩家输入一个值，存在choice里，printf()输出后也是输入的值啊，然后执行row,column的运算。
choice<1 || choice>9 || board[row][column]>'9'结果是false,继续do循环，结果是true，结束循环，执行while下边的语句。

我明白了，
while(choice<1 || choice>9 || board[row][column]>'9');
应该改成这样
while(choice<0 || choice>8 || board[row][column]>'9');程序才能正确运行。

这个语句的作用前面的朋友已经说过了，满足条件就继续循环，当你输入了1到9以外的数就进入循环，只到你输入了规定的字符才运行下面的语句。

你把do{……}语句中的下面这两行改成这样，程序也能正常运行：
row = choice/3;      
column = choice%3-1;  


“ printf("\n\n");”
下面这段代码多余了，可以去掉：
       printf(" %c | %c | %c \n",board[0][0],board[0][1],board[0][2]);
       printf("---+---+---\n");
       printf(" %c | %c | %c \n",board[1][0],board[1][1],board[1][2]);

这段代码和for循环下的那段代码重复了，运行的时候会重复输出同样的数据，其实只需要输出一个就可以了
