密码正确了 还是显示 "用户名或密码不正确！" 无法登陆界面

显示 "用户名或密码不正确！" 的语句在哪？看看为啥转到那。rs.BOF = True And(Or) rs.EOF = True
 
如果用户名和密码都正确，参考：
