请教VC SDK 保存bmp文件的疑问 拜谢!
小弟刚学图像处理 想把桌面背景一块区域(32*32)保存成位图文件,网上找了个SaveBmp函数(好像流传挺广的),不会用,保存的图总是一个黑块,不知问题在哪里,请求指点,谢谢!WinProc:
