 Key Responsibilities
Work with the Beijing development team which will provide product development and customer care services to the rest of the company in synergy with the company’s US development center.
• Design for protocol exchange and workflows.
• Design software quality into the product and ensure through software development system test
• Work to improve the performance, stability and scalability of the large scale product

Work with US engineering team to meet product development objective on time with high quality and participate in total customer satisfaction activities.

Providing feedback to development and product management to improve product quality in an on-going basis.

Job-Specific Authority and Scope
• This role reports to the Beijing based offshore engineering manager
• Coordinates with on site development management
• Independent decisions are made regularly
• Collaborates with US-based developers and architects
• Software development task reporting
• Software product delivery
     Business Travel and Physical Demands  Business travel of less than 5 percent yearly is expected for this position. Physical demands: Office environment. No special physical demands required.    Preferred Education  BS, MS Degree, global equivalent computer science experience   Work Experience
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software developer
• Past experience working with offshore remote offices is a plus  Skills

• Web Service (JAX-WS preferred), jUnit
• Experience with Java
• Object Oriented Design
• Ability to understand new technology

2、Senior Java Developer

Job Description:
1. Design and implementation efforts on-demand business application suite.
2. Be innovative in using J2EE and open source solutions to build enterprise scale on-demand application suite.
3. Work as a senior engineer to lead and mentor other development team members.

Job Requirements
-5+ years of Programming Experience
- Good understanding of Web/Saas business application
- Strong analytical skill and experienced with J2EE design patterns
- Mastery of Ajax/JSP/Hibernate/Struts/Spring/MySQL stack

3、Application Developer

Job Description:
1. Design and implementation applications, tools that can maximize on-demand business service.
2. Work with engineering team to implement solutions that fully satisfy business operation requirement
3. Help to identify functions that can be productized.

Job Requirements
-2+ years of Programming Experience
- Good knowledge on HTML and Web application implementation using various scripting language
- Experience in formatting and integrating HTML into server pages
- Coding experience in web language, such as Java, PHP, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Python, etc.
- Experience working with SOAP, Web Services and XML is preferred.
- Open minded, Creative and Energized personality is preferred.
- Experience in Agile Process (Scrum) is preferred.
- Computer Engineering Degree
- Good English Skill - able to read and write properly

4、QA architect

Job Description:
. analyze product user stories, technical specs and prepare detailed functional test specification to be executed by the QA team

Requirements:
. 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
. strong knowledge and experience in QA automation
. excellent  verbal and written communication skills

. programming skill is highly desired

5、Web前端开发工程师

Technical Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience with e-commerce, consumer or b2b web site companies.
2. Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS hacking, JavaScript, and AJAX
3. Experience with JQuery or Prototype or Mootools JavaScript Library
4. Familiar with Photoshop, Flash (not requirement)
5. Flash Action Script 3 knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or other related area with equivalent technical work experience

6、Program Manager

Job Description
1. Lead the team to accomplish the planned product development on time with high quality.
2. Responsible for running scrum process, including the following but not limited to:
    Daily scrum meeting
    Retrospective meeting
    Planning meeting
    Cross ocean coordination with our US team
    Drive and resolve daily issue across organization/department
3. Project Planning/Process includes
    Prioritize projects & work with developers/QA/Managers
    Break projects into smaller parts to release over time
    Deliver reliable estimates for projects
4. Support for Customer Operation to ensure requests/fixes are handled on time
5. Functional Design
    Help to elaborate the functional requirement to development team
6. Eye for Quality
    Know how to measure software product quality
 
Qualifications/Skills
1. Familiar with agile process (scrum, extreme programming)
2. Fluency in English is a MUST
3. Related industry experience include –
    SaaS
    Billing or financial & sales software
4. Personality:
    Self-manage,  Strongly self-motivated
    Taking initiatives, Passionate
5. Excellent communication skills with distributed teams - US, China
6. Project planning & tracking know-how
7. Result focused (can drive for results), and MUST detail oriented

There would be opportunities for travel to the US or 1-2 year rotation programs
