Job Title: Senior Specialist - IT Concepts & Solutions (Programmer)

Report to: Manager – IT Concepts & Solutions.
Based in Shanghai

Responsibilities:
•    Manage application development projects and supervise software development and software suppliers, if needed
•    Improve and develop applications in C# and and MOSS
•    Collaborate and communicate directly with internal and external clients.
•    Work with other team members on crossed unit testing and integrated testing.
•    Create/write technical documents and user manuals.
•    Continually improve technical knowledge on both hardware and software.
•    Support general IT tasks as requested (not a primary responsibility),
•    Support users with software usage issues (Microsoft Office)

 
Requirements:
•    Experience with OOP, good analytical skills and ability to use UML tools.
•    Understanding of Internet technologies including HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
•    3+ years of experience in developing C# and on a SQL Server backend.
•    Strong SQL Server skills and Database design
•    Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Sharepoint (MOSS) configuration and programming.
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Exchange). should be able to support users with problems and propose new solutions based on these products
•    Experience in ERP system development is a plus, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
•    Familiar with IT hardware and software installation and configuration
•    Good interpersonal skills, good written and oral English and Mandarin skills.
