J2ee Project Manager/Project Leader

Key Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
2.Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
3.TL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction

Key Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
2.CET4 above
3.5 years of experience in J2EE platform (PM should be above 8years) is a must
4.The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the associated processes
5.Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken, ability to communicate with international customer directly would be a plus
6.Good team player


Technical Architect 技术架构师
Key Responsibilities
1.Ability to Architect solutions and create
- Logical Architecture
- Technical Architecture
- Information Architecture
- Deployment Architecture
2.Ability to conceptualize and design
3.Mentor project teams on technical issues resolution
4.Conduct Proof of Concepts, design validations
5.Code Reviews from completeness, Performance, Scalability issues identification perspective
6.Work on Proposals and RFP responses from Solution & Estimation perspective
7.Skilled in Java/J2EE , Swing, OOAD & UML Concepts,Design Tools such as Rational Software Architect,  Open Source Frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, JSF

Key Requirements
1.BS or above in CS or related
2.8+ year software testing working experience
3.Mentor project teams
4.Mentor and groom technical resources within the team
5.Ability to lead a small size team(3-5) members
6.Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
7.Self motivator and fast learner with also good attitude in team collaboration
