职位名称：银行核心业务（个人存贷等）Java开发工程师（底层开发）/BA
职位要求：
1、4年以上银行系统开发经验，java底层开发，熟悉银行个人业务优先，企业银行业务经验也可以（Senior的可以做BA）
2、英语口语流利，
3、本科以上学历优先
工作地点：昆山（上海地铁11号线延伸段）

Job Role & Responsibility:
1. Define and review personal banking functional / technical requirements
2. Understand high level design, detailed design and participate in design reviews
3. Coding assigned work, helping peers understand design and resolve technical issues
4. Perform and verify impact analysis of Change Requests
5. Investigating new JEE technologies
6. Perform code reviews, document the findings, track and fix defects
7. Consulting colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems
8. Ensuring organization process compliance
9. Participate in project meetings, provide status, effort information and highlight issues/risks
10. Participate (provide or receive information) in team learning and knowledge sharing activities
11. Help create/update guidelines, enhance standards, checklists etc
12. Should be able to participate in Client calls.
Requirements:
Must
1. At least 4 years hands on core banking (personal banking) business analysis OR program development,
2. Working knowledge of saving/ loan/ finance/ wealth management module. Experienced in Temenos will be definite advantage
3. Experienced with Core Java, Collection Framework
4. Experienced with Oracle, pl/sql programming and JDBC.
5. Experienced with testing methodology and jUnit testing framework.
6. Good communication and presentation skills.
