1. Job Description  
As a member of the Nokia China Mobile Phones R&D software team, you should have a good understanding of mobile phone software system architecture, mobile phone features and applications to fulfill following responsibilities:
1) Configuring and integrating software features into products and insuring required features work properly on mobile phone.
2) Driving the error handling, tracing, debugging and root cause analysis of responsible features to achieve product quality target.
3) Production Support and wake up harware.
3) Optimize product configuration to fine-tune performance, memory usage and feature interaction.
4) Providing recommendations to development groups from product perspective during the implementation of new requirements.

2. Qualifications
1) M. Sc or equivalent degree in Software Engineering or similar field is required
2) 5 or more years of work experience in designing, coding, integrating, testing and maintaining embedded software
3) Good command of written and speaking English
4) Must be self-motivated, proactive and achievement oriented.
5) Good team worker with strong coordination and negotiation skills.
