Required Skills
- Domain Skills: Working Experience on OAM - FCAPS functional subsystems on Network Elements (Preferred).
-Working Experience on OAM functions of EMS / NMS with good understanding of the FCAPS functions on NEs & the interfaces with NEs (Mgmt Protocols, similar to SNMP, NetConf, .etc)
- Technology Skills: Working Experience on 3G (UMTS) Network Elements like RNC, Node-B, .etc in the areas of O&M domain. Awareness on OAM requirements specified in 3GPP Specifications, OBSAI Specifications, .etc.
- Language Skills: Working Experience on C++ (preferred), or Very Good Programming Experience on C & Exposure to C++ Concepts
- Good English Skill
- Willingness & Ability to learn the subsystems quickly
