Key Requirements
1. Minimum 1+ year of development experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite (11i/R12);
2. Familiar with Oracle application development tools, such as Forms6i, Report, Alerts, Oracle workflow builder, Discover, XML publisher, OAF;
3. Familiar with Oracle database 8i/9i/10g, PL/SQL, Sql*Plus;
4. Programming skills Java/J2EE/JSP, HTML is a plus;
5. Good analytical ability and problem solving skills;
6. Good communication in Mandarin and English;
7. Good team player  
8. Bachelor Degree in computer science or related and above

Management Skills： Ability to mentor junior consultants
Language Skills： Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese

Detail Job Description：

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of Oracle application technical development project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
2. Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
3. Project lead will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction

Technical Skills：
1. Minimum 8+ year of development/implementation experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite (11i/R12);
2. Minimum 3 years of ERP/CRM/SCM hands-on Project Management experiences, having led team on client sides;
3. Proficiency in multiple modules of Oracle applications and sound knowledge of complete life-cycle implementation of Oracle applications;
4. Experience in blended offshore/onshore global delivery model is a plus;
5. Good analytical ability and problem solving skills;
6. Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
7. Proficiency in Mandarin and English with ability to communicate with international customer directly
8. Good leadership skills
9. Bachelor Degree in computer science or related and above
