任职资格：
? 3 years software developing professional experience
? Excellent programming skills in C/C++ under windows or Linux
? Experience with DSP software design and development
? Experience with embedded system development; RTOS experience is preferred
? Experience with script (Perl is plus)
? Experience with software/system development process; understand the importance and the challenges of testing
工作职责：
The development engineer is responsible for:
? Design and develop DSP debugging application platform according to DSP developing and testing requirements
? Analysis the existing DSP debugging applications and testing tools
? DSP debugging application module test
? Perform internal training sessions to DSP software developers and testers
? Actively contribute to test team via review, mentoring, and regular knowledge sharing
