怎么能把hao are you 输出呢？

这个忽略空格和制表符。

不用的，原因：后面要的是一个地址，而这里已经是一个地址了！这里不是变量了。还有数组也不用加&，因为数组名已经代表数组的首地址了。

只输出how

scanf("%s",&b[20])不能完成楼主的想法，如果要用就用puts(b),puts可以用于不连续字符串
