职位一：SSE

JD:
1)        Participation in the following software development phases: Requirement analysis, design, coding and unit testing, necessary succeeding testing, support to implementation, software product maintenance.
2)        Analyze reported software problems and provide the resolution.
3)        Implement solutions to requests for product enhancements.
4)        Support QA to locate root causes of reported defects and get them resolved efficiently and sustainably.
5)        Mentor less experienced software engineers to improve their skills;
6)        Lead team in technology and necessary administration;
7)        Lead team selection and definition of solutions to requests for product enhancements.
8)        Keep communications smooth between local/offshore teams and upper/lower levels.
9)        Keep execution effective between different upper/lower levels.

Requirements:

Total Experience:
1)        4-5+ years total working experience.
2)        3-5+ years experience in J2EE development.
3)        Comprehension of complete software development cycle.
4)        Requires effective verbal and written communication skills.
5)        Prior experience with off-shore development is desirable.
Mandatory Technical and Professional Skills:
1)        Master all aspects of java fundamentals such as OO programming, multi-threading, distributed computing, IO, networking, Swing GUI.
2)        Proficient in J2EE framework such as Java Servlet, JSP, JDBC, EJB (Session Bean, Entity Bean), JMS, MDB.
3)        Familiar with MVC web framework such as Struts.
4)        Master of relational database using SQL, query optimization. Extensive knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server.
5)        Knowledge of Hibernate and Spring framework.
6)        Knowledge of Ant and Maven build tool.
Desirable Technical and Professional Skills:
1)        Proficient with a variety of application severs: JBoss, Websphere, WebLogic, Oracle App Server.
2)        Familiar with Eclipse IDE.
3)        Familiar with SVN, CVS, etc for version control
4)        Knowledge of Test Driven Development using JUnit.
5)        Knowledge of JSF and/or JBoss Seam a plus.
Management/Personal Skills:
Team leadership and project management experience a big advantage.
Academic Qualifications:
1)        Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an engineering or computer science discipline.
2)        Master’s degree a plus.

职位2：QA
JD:
        Responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, test planning, test case/scripts writing, automation and execution, regression suite development, documentation, production release, and ongoing support and maintenance of system test environment.
        Designing test environment, test plans and test cases for desktop and web-based applications Performing test evaluations
        Consistent defect tracking and test reporting to help continuous software quality improvement and management awareness.
        Performing regression testing to confirm bug fixes.
        Testing on web applications on Windows and UNIX/Linux.
        Working with local teammates and offshore partners.
        QA tests for commercial software products that can be deployed on multiple database environments, multiple application servers, and multiple supported releases.
        Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
        Adherence to QA policies and procedures, testing strategies and consistent testing methodologies.
        Suggest methods for improving quality and efficiency including cost reduction and quicker delivery with quality.

Requirements:
        Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in a financial or IT-related field
        Total work experience: 3+ years.  
        Sufficient communication capabilities in English in speaking, writing and comprehension.
        Experience utilizing automation testing tools e.g. Test Complete, QuickTest Pro, Load Runner, Jameleon).
        Knowledge/experience in unit testing with JUnit, NUnit, etc.
        Ability to execute QA tests for commercial software products that can be deployed on multiple database environments, multiple application servers, and multiple supported releases.
        Proficient in testing Web applications with comprehensive knowledge of browsers and JavaScript required.
        Experience with planning, setup and maintenance of QA test environments.
        Experience developing test result metrics and reporting them.
        Experience with a variety of application servers: JBoss, Websphere, WebLogic, Oracle App Server.
        Experience in SQL database querying, specifically, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
        Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g. PVCS, JIRA).
        Previous experience in the finance industry would be a big plus.

2)        Responsible for software design, coding and testing to deliver high quality custom solutions and interfaces that are reusable, on time, on budget;
3)        Work closely with China professional services team;
4)        Work closely with offshore business managers and partners;
5)        Understand the business functions and work flow of the financial software product.

Requirements:
1)        3 years working experience;
2)        Bachelor’s degree or related
Mandatory:
1)        Working experience with VB or for at least one year.
2)        Experience in Visual Studio 2005 or higher version;
3)        Object Oriented analysis and design;
4)        Solid project experience in software design, development, testing and documentation;
5)        SQL, and experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is an advantage;
6)        Experience with software configuration management tools as SVN, CVS, VSS or ClearCase.
7)        Knowledge of finance or willing to learn;

Desirable:
1)        Working experience with Java/J2EE is an advantage;
2)        Project experience in financial software will be highly considered;
3)        Knowledge and experience in CMM/CMMI or Agile Development (e.g. SCRUM, XP) is a plus;
