 谁能理解下这题怎么做的。？

按位判断，个位对应字母1 to 9
          十位对应字母10 to 90
          百位对应字母100 to 900
条件判断当是3位的时候，百位后加and。
    至于code嘛，嘿嘿......

输出控制符你用什么啊

用数组事先放好对应的英文，然后判断，最后输入相应数组的元素。
