Senior .NET Developer--Shanghai
The ideal candidate
must have strong programming skills and the desire to work on a variety of projects using the latest technologies and will be to help plan, design, develop, test, debug, and deploy highly-available applications using the .NET Framework 2.0/3.0 and SQL Server technologies. An ideal candidate will be an extremely proficient .NET developer, and will be comfortable handling new challenges involving emerging technologies.


Job Responsibilities:

Help Application Architect in designing, developing and implementing internal development framework for product development
Help Application Architect for planning, designing, developing and software product architecture and advanced research for new .net technologies

Provide a senior-level contribution to a team responsible for the design, development and implementation of critical business applications using the .NET Framework 2.0/3.0 and SQL Server technologies

Work with traditional software lifecycle methodologies. Create design documents when and as required. Perform coding, debugging and testing.

Define the integration between proposed development projects and existing systems, software and hardware
·
Consider and research emerging technologies to improve current applications, architectures and processes
·
Work in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance & technical guidance to less experienced team members


Requirements:


Expert-level expertise with , Web Services, and Windows Forms
Experience with large-scale applications in a leadership role
Expert-level competency in C#.NET
Broad experience with .NET Framework (1.1/2.0/3.5)
Experience with , SQL Reporting Services and SQL 2000/2005
Third-party controls (Infragistics or similar)
Hands-on project experience with .NET 3.0 (WF, WCF, WPF, WCS)
Demonstrable experience developing solution architecture
Leadership experience throughout the software lifecycle
Expert-level experience with one or more emerging technologies such as
Experience creating custom controls for either or Windows Forms
MOSS project experience desired
Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
Ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to come up with the best solution for given requirements.
Ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects, based on client-provided technical and functional requirements.
